SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY & GUIDELINES
I was responsible for creating social media guidelines for my office's social media channels. These channels were relatively new and a strategy and guidelines were not yet put into place.
The creation of a strategy and social guidelines contributed to a 1,100% increase in engagement.

PRESS RELEASES
Experience with press release creation to promote flagship events and programs. Most press releases were sent to local news outlets in hopes of them picking it up and promoting programs to encourage regional awareness.

Many times, I would work closely with an agency to help with public relations efforts. A positive, collaborative relationship with an external agency partner is key.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Implemented a social media campaign across various channels that repurposed user-generated content (UGC), or any content—text, videos, images, reviews, etc.—created by people, rather than the brand.

This campaign led to an increase in social media engagement & impressions, followers, and conversions.
